Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Appsprout (“we”, “us”) handles information when you install and use Fancy Scroll Up Button on a Tiendanube / Nuvemshop store.
What we collect
- Store data: store ID, OAuth access token (stored securely on our server), installation status.
- App settings: button appearance and behaviour you configure in the merchant admin (colours, icon, position, etc.).
- Technical logs: basic server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
- Shopper names, emails, phone numbers, or order history.
- Payment or card data.
How we use data
- Provide and operate the scroll-up button on your storefront.
- Save and load your button configuration.
- Respond to uninstall and LGPD data-deletion requests from Tiendanube.
Data retention
Store data is kept while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, we mark the
store as inactive. LGPD store/redact webhooks permanently delete store data
from our database.
Your rights (LGPD)
Brazilian merchants and shoppers can request access or deletion of personal data through
Tiendanube’s LGPD tools. We respond to mandatory Tiendanube webhooks
(store/redact, customers/redact, customers/data_request).
